We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, person to greet our customers, answer and properly direct calls using our multi-line telephone system, and to efficiently perform cashiering duties, including filing and other various office related tasks.Responsibilities include:* Greet all visitors in a professional and friendly manner.* Maintain excellent client relationships.* Answer and transfer multiple client, rep and retail phone calls.* Accept, sort, and distribute all incoming mail in a timely manner, including UPS and FedEx.* Assist all departments with various administrative tasks as necessary.* Other duties as assignedQualifications:* High level of phone manner and office etiquette.* Great attitude, welcoming personality, and ability to promote a positive work environment is a must!* Must be reliable, honest and dependable!* Must be able to handle a busy, multi-line switchboard phone system.* Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.* Intermediate computer skills in MS Office suite.Applicant must be detail oriented, and have data entry and computer experience. DEPENDABILITY IS A MUST!!!! Weekend hours are required. Applicant must possess professional telephone skills, and have great organizational skills. Customer satisfaction is our main priority, therefore excellent customer service skills and professionalism is a must.
