Job Description:
Touchstone Communities, a leader in senior living and long-term
care, is seeking a dedicated Admissions Coordinator for our
Texas-based facilities. This role is pivotal in managing the
admissions process, ensuring a smooth and compassionate transition
for new residents under our care. The Admissions Coordinator will
be the first point of contact for prospective residents and their
families, providing information, handling inquiries, and
maintaining detailed records of all interactions and admissions.
Greet prospective residents and provide detailed information about
the facility services and admission process. Coordinate and
schedule tours for prospective residents and their families. Manage
all aspects of the admissions process including paperwork and data
entry. Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure continuity
of care during the transition. Maintain accurate and confidential
records of all interactions, admissions, and resident information.
Participate in outreach and marketing activities to promote the
facility. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency
in data entry and management Ability to handle sensitive
information confidentially Excellent organizational and time
management skills Experience in customer service or client-facing
roles Certification in Healthcare Administration (preferred)
Proficiency with healthcare CRM systems
