Job Description:
Nesco Resource has been exclusively retained by one of our
long-standing engineering partners—a respected civil engineering
and surveying firm serving both private and public sector
clients—to identify a Land Surveyor-in-Training (LSIT) to join
their growing team. About the Company This firm offers
comprehensive professional services in civil engineering and land
surveying, providing end-to-end support from project planning and
design through to construction administration. Their diverse
project portfolio includes residential, commercial, municipal, and
industrial developments. Key Responsibilities Oversee and assist in
the execution of boundary, topographic, and platting surveys.
Coordinate and manage field crews, including scheduling, planning,
and daily operations. Review and manage field data collection and
perform related calculations. Support licensed surveyors (RPLS) in
preparing final deliverables. Collaborate closely with CAD
technicians and field teams to ensure project accuracy and
efficiency. Maintain and foster strong relationships with clients
and stakeholders. Qualifications Active LSIT certification, or the
ability to obtain one within 6 months. Minimum of 4 years'
