Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do

Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available in Midland,
TX, offering a dynamic school-based setting with a substantial
caseload and supervisory responsibilities. This onsite role
requires dedication to supporting students and leading a small team
of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs). Key
Responsibilities: - Manage a caseload of 60-65 students, delivering
speech-language evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring -
Supervise up to two SLPAs, providing guidance and support to ensure
effective therapy delivery - Collaborate with educators and
families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and
implement intervention strategies - Maintain accurate documentation
and compliance with school and state regulations - Engage in
ongoing professional development to stay current with best
practices in school-based speech therapy Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license - Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred - Experience working in school
settings - Bilingual skills are a plus but not required - Strong
organizational and communication skills - Ability to work
independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
