Job Description Job Description Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1 years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school counselor position is available for the 2026-2027 academic year in Midland, TX. This onsite role involves providing counseling services to a caseload of approximately 22-45 students, with opportunities to facilitate group counseling sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver individual and group counseling support to students. - Address academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs. - Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success. - Maintain accurate records and documentation. - Develop and implement interventions tailored to student needs. Qualifications: - Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification is required. - Experience in school counseling preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and educators. - Proven ability to manage a caseload and provide group counseling.
