license and 1 years School Counselor experience required.

considered. This opportunity is ideal for a Licensed Professional
Counselor (LPC) seeking to provide vital support within a school
setting. The role is based onsite in Midland, TX, serving students
from grades within the school system and offering both individual
and group counseling services. You will be responsible for
maintaining a caseload of approximately 22 to 45 students,
tailoring your approach to meet their diverse emotional and
psychological needs. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive
individual and group counseling to students - Develop and implement
intervention plans to support student well-being - Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and staff to foster a supportive educational
environment - Document counseling sessions and maintain
confidentiality in compliance with school policies - Participate in
professional development opportunities to enhance counseling skills
Desired Qualifications: - Current Licensed Professional Counselor
(LPC) credential is mandatory - Experience working with children
and adolescents in a school or similar setting - Strong
communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with
students and staff - Ability to manage a caseload and provide
services efficiently within the school calendar Position Details: -
Location: Midland, TX - Contract Duration: August 18, 2026 to May
26, 2027 - Schedule: 37.5 hours per week - Onsite work is required
