Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 4 PM - 2:30 AM What You
Will Do: Pratt & Whitney Columbus is at the core of military and
commercial engine applications production with the manufacture of
forgings for disks. The Quality Supervisor will manage a team of
Ultrasonic Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspectors. The Quality
Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance
within inspection operations and meeting customer expectations
through on-time delivery while working to drive efficiency into the
quality inspection processes. Ensure the safety of employees by
driving a "safety-first" culture Enable the inspection team by
providing training and development; leading a team that is
empowered to make decisions that meet safety, quality, delivery and
cost objectives Identify opportunities for documentation of quality
requirements to establish and implement improvements Investigate
new and improved methods of inspection that can be used to improve
efficiency and reduce cost Promote transparency in quality
operations performance and plans to address gaps in meeting daily
business objectives Collaborate with the quality engineering and
manufacturing engineering teams in addressing quality concerns and
continuous improvement opportunities; lead the working team to
develop continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiency
and meet customer objectives Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in an
engineering, manufacturing, operations management, quality or
closely related field or an Associate's degree and 4 or more years
of experience in n engineering, manufacturing, operations
management, quality or closely related field In absence of a
degree, High School Diploma/GED or equivalent with 6 or more years
of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, operations
management, quality or closely related field Experience with
Microsoft Office Suite U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S.
citizens are authorized to access information under this
program/contract Qualifications We Prefer: Prior experience in a
team lead/supervisory capacity Experience with SAP and Solumina
Demonstrated experience with Continuous improvement/Lean concepts
Experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspection Prior
experience in Engineering/Production, Quality Engineering, CMM

production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the
development of our engines. As part of our commitment to

as on-site, hybrid or remote. The salary range for this role is
68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith
estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers
