Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? What You Will Do: Lubrication & Maintenance: Apply lubricants (grease, oil) to moving parts, gears, and bearings of manufacturing machinery. Fluid & Filter Management: Monitor, sample, and replace fluids (hydraulic, oil, coolant) and filters. Inspections: Conduct daily, weekly, or monthly inspections of equipment to identify leaks, wear, or potential failures. Record Keeping: Accurately document maintenance activities and inspections in reports or computerized systems. Troubleshooting: Identify, report, and assist in fixing mechanical issues or worn components. Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to safety procedures, maintain a clean workspace, and ensure proper care of lubrication equipment. Measure and inspect machined parts to ensure conformance to product specifications. Read work orders or blueprints to determine specified tolerances and sequences of operations for machine setup. Start machines to produce sample work pieces, and observe operations to detect machine malfunctions and to verify that machine setups conform to specifications. Understand diagrams and instructions Qualifications You Must Have: High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
