Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HRIS.
Key Responsibilities:
Align long-term roadmaps with HR strategic direction and identify
opportunities for process improvements
Engage with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business
and technical requirements
Serve as project manager for critical HRIS projects, ensuring
global governance for demand management
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business
Administration, or related field with 8+ years of HR technology or
IT project management experience, or a Master's degree with 6+
years of experience
3+ years in a leadership role
HRIS implementation experience
Proficiency in HR technology systems and project management
methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Strong understanding of HR processes and experience with major HRIS
platforms
