Job Description:
A company is looking for an Onboarding Manager to guide brands
through the early stages of their onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring seamless
platform setup and adoption
Conduct structured walkthroughs of the platform and maintain
detailed project plans for onboarding
Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and
collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, customer
success, or project management in a SaaS or tech-driven
environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with CRM and customer success tools (Salesforce and
Hubspot) is required
Familiarity with influencer marketing or e-commerce platforms is a
plus
Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment on customer
needs and priorities
