Role Overview
The Global Manufacturing and Quality Learning and Development (GMQLD) team delivers learning solutions to empower Lilly's Manufacturing and Quality organizations. The Senior Director - MQ L&D Network Leader will ensure alignment, standardization, strategy execution, and continuous improvement across manufacturing sites, maintaining global standards and addressing local needs. This role is crucial for optimizing learning programs, shaping site strategies, and ensuring high standards of effectiveness and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global learning strategies in partnership with key stakeholders.
  
• Standardize processes, curricula, and qualification programs across sites.
  
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through governance and innovative learning methods.
  
• Collaborate with sites for effective communication, coaching, and skill gap analysis.
  
• Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance risks.
  
• Plan workforce development, including succession planning and skill gap closure.
  
• Engage with industry groups to stay ahead of learning trends.
  
  Minimum Requirements
  
  
• Bachelor's degree.
  
• At least 5 years of experience in a GMP environment with leadership roles overseeing teams and initiatives.
  
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  
  Preferred Skills and Experience
  
  
• Master's degree in relevant fields.
  
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and change management skills.
  
• Excellent communication, project management, and data analysis capabilities.
  
• Human Performance Improvement (HPI) Certification preferred.
