  Postpartum Travel RN
  
  --- Assist and support pregnant women in their healthy labor processes
  
  --- Monitor and record patients' vitals and specialized readings.
  
  --- Collaborate with medical team on patient care plan.
  
  --- Instruct and educate new mothers on infant care issues such as breastfeeding and bathing.
  
  --- Assist and support mothers in coping with post-partum depression
  
  --- If necessary, respond to medical emergency and alert appropriate team members.
  
  --- Flexibility to travel to the assignment location.
  
  --- Availability to work the facility's required schedule.
  
  --- Willingness to complete onboarding items in a timely manner.
  
  --- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and strive for the highest quality of patient care.
  
  --- Also referred to as: postpartum registered nurse, mother baby nurse, ob nurse, obstetrics nurse.
  
  Job Requirements
  
  --- 2 years of experience as a Postpartum nurse
  
  --- Graduate from an accredited nursing school
  
  --- Current state specific RN license in good standing, or if applicable, a compact state RN license in good standing
  
  --- BLS certification required
  
  --- May require NRP certification
