Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist in Healthcare
- Inside Sales - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Initiates phone contact with eligible Medicare patients to enroll
them in CCM/RPM programs
Meets or exceeds outbound connect rates and enrollment
objectives
Educates eligible patients on the benefits of CCM/RPM programs and
obtains their consent to enroll
Required Qualifications
Demonstrates iCare values (Integrity, Growth, Excellence)
Dependable with a consistent work ethic and good time management
skills
Experience in an outbound call center environment (inside
sales)
Ability to navigate and record data in computer systems, including
Excel
Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
