Odessa, TX Position Type: Full-Time Are you a compassionate,

Disability Services of the Southwest (DSSW) , is seeking a
dedicated Case Manager to join our Odessa team and help coordinate
high-quality care for individuals in need. About Us: DSSW is a
well-established, mission-driven nonprofit agency with offices
across Texas. We are the largest provider of services for CLASS
program participants, serving both children and adults with
disabilities. Our team is passionate about empowering independence
and delivering compassionate care. ? What You’ll Do: As a Case
Manager , you will oversee and coordinate personal assistance
services and community care programs, including: · Supervising care
staff and ensuring services align with care plans · Managing
billing, scheduling, and compliance with state and agency policies
· Conducting supervisory visits and maintaining accurate
documentation · Collaborating with HR, payroll, and external
caseworkers · Supporting hiring, orientation, and training of new
staff · Participating in case conferences, audits, and quality
improvement efforts What We’re Looking For: · 2 years of
supervisory experience or 2 years of college coursework ·
Experience in PAS program management preferred · Strong
communication, organizational, and leadership skills · Knowledge of
home care regulations and Medicaid programs · Proficiency in
Microsoft Word, Excel, and agency-specific software · Ability to
type 35 WPM with 80% accuracy · Bilingual (English/Spanish)
preferred · Must have reliable transportation , valid driver’s
