Doctor of Medicine | Obstetrics and Gynecology Location: Plainview, TX Employer: Curative Pay: $475,000 to $600,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Obstetrics & Gynecology Opportunity in West Texas This is your chance to join a tight-knit team focused on restoring a robust, well-supported OB-GYN service line. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping women's healthcare in an underserved West Texas community. Practice Overview: You'll join a collegial team of one OB-GYN and two FMOBs with plans to expand to two of each Full-scope practice including clinic, deliveries, and gynecologic surgery (robotic available) 8-10 surgical cases per week with dedicated block time and C-section suite OB call shared 1:5 with locum support; nursery managed by pediatricians/family medicine Schedule: Four days of clinic per week with one designated half-day for surgery and admin/flex time Clinic conveniently located across from the hospital with ultrasound, NST, and in-house lab Typical volume of 20-24 patients/day with adequate MA/LVN support Surgical volume supported by OR availability and full-time CRNA coverage Compensation & Benefits: Base salary of $475K with earning potential over $600K based on surgical volume Signing bonus up to $50K and relocation reimbursement up to $10K $100K student loan assistance, PSLF eligible; $4,500 CME licensing and dues covered 6 weeks PTO (inclusive of CME and holidays); full benefits including occurrence-based malpractice Community & Location Highlights: West Texas community offering a relaxed lifestyle, low cost of living, and wide open spaces Close-knit population with strong support for local healthcare providers Great work-life balance with minimal commute and a welcoming community Easy access to Lubbock for subspecialty referrals and regional travel Contact us to see how this opportunity can help you build a rewarding practice with a balanced life.
