Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Odessa, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,477 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2-3 years preferred License: Active Nursing License Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS Must-Have: Robotic XI, orthopedic, spine/neuro, general/gyn, some ENT, some ophthalmology, pain management, urology, vascular, and trauma experience. Description: Responsible for providing direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the operating room setting. Conduct pre-operative assessments and assist in the completion of necessary documentation. Collaborate with surgical teams to provide high-quality care throughout all phases of surgery. Handle various surgical procedures, including but not limited to robotic, orthopedic, neuro, gynecological, and trauma cases. Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing specialized surgical equipment and instrumentation. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures. Participate in call rotations, including one weekday and one weekend per month. Work in a fast-paced environment, managing patient care with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:1. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system. Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance nursing skills and practices. Support interdisciplinary collaboration within the surgical team to optimize patient outcomes. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS
