Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Odessa, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,607 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year in registered nursing License: Current state license required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Willingness to float to other medical/surgical/telemetry units as assigned - Experience with a ratio of up to 6:1 Description: Registered Nurses in this role will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a medical-surgical and telemetry environment. The position requires active participation in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure patient-centered care. Candidates must possess strong critical thinking skills and excellent communication abilities. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, with potential for 48 hours per week or alternating between 36 and 48 hours. Experience using electronic health records is preferred. All staff must comply with facility policies regarding vaccinations, including a requirement for the flu vaccine, with exemptions allowed.
