working with Cynet Health to find a qualified NICU RN in Odessa,
Texas, 79761! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

Experience: Minimum 2 years in NICU License: Current nursing
license Certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS, STABLE Must-Have: NRP and
STABLE certifications required 3 patient ratio experience preferred
Cerner charting system experience required Travel experience
required Description: High risk Level III NICU setting. Candidates
must have a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience. NRP and STABLE
certifications are mandatory. The nurse will be responsible for
administering medications and blood products. Responsibilities
include assisting with high-risk deliveries and managing various
neonatal conditions. Experience in neonatal dosage calculations and
phototherapy is essential. Nurses will be involved in feeding
support and developmental care for neonates. Candidates should be
proficient in ventilator management and respiratory care. Knowledge
of isolation precautions and therapeutic hypothermia is required.
