Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety. Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards. Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment to ensure optimal performance. Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs. Utilize pipelines to assess and achieve performance targets. Document and report imaging results accurately and promptly. Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures. Engage in performance evaluations to track personal growth. Contribute to team meetings to discuss workflow improvements. Assist in mentoring new staff and sharing best practices. Stay updated on advancements in radiology technology and techniques. Experience/Qualifications Valid certification as an X-Ray Technician in Texas. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development. Experience in performing X-ray imaging procedures in a clinical setting. Experience in utilizing performance metrics and pipelines for goal achievement. Proficient in safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards. Ability to maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment independently. Strong communication skills to explain procedures to patients effectively. Demonstrated ability to document and report imaging results accurately. Engagement in team meetings focused on workflow improvements.
