Job Description:

to join our interdisciplinary medical team. In this role, you will
be vital in providing top-notch respiratory care services in both
facility-based and home-based settings, reflecting our commitment
to excellence in patient care across our network of rehabilitation
hospitals and home health agencies. You will apply advanced
respiratory care techniques while collaborating closely with a team
of healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and enhance
quality of life for our patients. Perform diagnostic tests to
assess patients' lung capacities. Operate and manage life support
systems and various medical gases. Collaborate with healthcare
teams to develop and modify individual patient care plans. Provide
therapeutic treatments and interventions using standardized
procedures. Educate patients and families on respiratory health and
home care techniques. Participate in rehabilitation and treatment
programs. Maintain patient records and document therapy and
treatment plans. Strong knowledge of respiratory care processes and
equipment. Ability to handle and operate complex medical apparatus
safely. Excellent communication skills for patient instruction and
team collaboration. Critical thinking and problem-solving in
high-pressure situations. Ability to adapt interventions to
changing patient needs. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the
National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Active and unrestricted
state Respiratory Care Practitioner license.
