Job Description:

services, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed
Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our compassionate team. This role
focuses on providing top-tier patient care in our advanced
inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and through our extensive
network of home health agencies. As an LPN/LVN at Encompass Health,
you will support our mission to deliver high-quality healthcare in
a patient-centered environment, working closely with a team of
skilled healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for
patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Monitor
patient health and administer basic patient care Assist with the
implementation of patient care plans Document nursing care in
patient records Communicate effectively with patients, family, and
healthcare team members Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and safety standards Manage medication and promptly
address any complications Strong clinical skills in a healthcare
setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Ability to
work effectively in a team-oriented environment Capable of handling
physically demanding tasks Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Current LPN or LVN license valid in the state
of employment CPR certification
