Job Description:

You will work both in facility-based and home-based settings, adapting to the dynamic needs of our patients and contributing to our focus on high-quality, cost-effective healthcare solutions. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in facility and home-based settings. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. Support patient independence and advocacy. Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Educate patients and their families on illness and preventative care, establishing health improvement plans. Strong clinical skills with a patient-focused approach. Ability to operate medical equipment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to handle physically and emotionally stressful situations professionally. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification desired.
