Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an outpatient clinic
at a small hospital near Odessa, TX , starting mid-February . This
is a Monday–Friday clinic role offering consistent hours,
supportive onsite collaboration, and the opportunity to provide
meaningful care to a rural community. Schedule & Volume
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 40-hour workweek 10–15 patients
per day (average ~10) Clinic Environment Physician onsite one day
per week Additional APP support Monday–Friday Primarily older adult
/ geriatric patient population Focus on continuity of care and
keeping patients local when possible EMR: eClinicalWorks Scope of
Practice This clinic is ideal for an NP or PA who is comfortable
managing a broad range of conditions , including cases that might
otherwise be referred to specialists. Access to specialty care is
limited, and patients often face challenges traveling long
distances. Compensation & Opportunity $80/hour (~$12,800/month)
Long-term locums assignment Strong interest in transitioning the
right provider into a permanent role Start Date Mid-February Ideal
Candidate Licensed NP or PA (Texas license or ability to obtain)
Comfortable working with limited specialty access Values autonomy,
