Registered Central Service Technician - CSPDT Certified Sterile
Processing and Distribution Technician - BLS AHA preferred
Must-Have: - Experience with Censitrac instrument tracking tool,
Steris washers and sterilizers, VPRO Max, ultrasonic devices, and
Medivators. - Experience in a hospital setting, with a required
patient ratio of 1. - Experience with Cerner charting system. -
Weekend call coverage is required (1 weekend per month).
Description: This position involves the processing, sterilization,
and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment. The
candidate will work primarily in a night shift setting. The role
requires the ability to clean various equipment and perform
high-level disinfection. Candidates must be skilled in the proper
selection of wrapping materials and sterilization wrapping
procedures. Experience with sets/trays assembly and equipment
documentation is essential. The candidate will be involved with
biological indicators and chemical indicators for sterilization
testing and monitoring. Immediate-use steam sterilization (IUSS)
experience is also required. This role will require working with
various patient age groups, including neonates, adolescents,
infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Daily case census will
be between 25-30 cases. Specialized equipment experience is needed
for Steris washers, sterilizers, VPRO Max, ultrasonic devices, and
