Job Description:
Join Encompass Health as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), where you will play a pivotal role
in delivering exceptional care to patients across our
facility-based and home-based services in 42 states. At Encompass

outcomes and efficiency in the post-acute care continuum. This role
will enable you to engage closely with patients, providing direct
nursing care and collaborating on treatment plans with a
multidisciplinary team. Provide direct nursing care in accordance
with established policies, procedures, and protocols of Encompass
Health. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as
appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
Administer medications and treatments proficiently in accordance
with provider orders. Participate in the coordination of services
with other healthcare professionals and liaise with patient family
members to provide holistic care. Engage in continuous education
and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in the
field. Proficient in applying clinical nursing skills in a
healthcare setting Ability to assess patient status and identify
care needs Strong interpersonal and communication skills Capable of
ensuring the integrity of medical records and adept at using
healthcare software systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Current LPN or LVN license in the state of
practice CPR certified
