Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN to join our

post-acute continuum. The ideal candidate will be passionate about

challenging and rewarding professional environment. Provide nursing
care under the supervision of a registered nurse with a focus on
patient assessment, treatment, and recovery. Assist in the
development and implementation of care plans. Monitor patient
progress and adjust care plans as needed. Administer medications
and maintain records of patients’ treatment plans. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient care. Educate
patients and their families on health maintenance and disease
prevention. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting
Excellent patient management and observational skills Effective
communication and interpersonal skills Capability to operate
medical equipment Flexibility to meet the varying needs of patients
