We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide outstanding patient care in our facilities and home-based settings across 42 states. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in our vision of encompassing better health functionality for our patients. Provide direct nursing care to patients based on individualized care plans. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Administer medications and maintain records in accordance with regulations. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Monitor patient health status and respond with appropriate interventions. Maintain a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families. Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Detail-oriented and proficient in managing multiple tasks Knowledge of basic computer operations and clinical software systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current LPN or LVN license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
