Doctor of Medicine | Otolaryngology Location: Odessa, TX Employer: Curative Pay: $95,000 to $125,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Audiologist Opportunity | Hospital-Employed | West Texas Join a collaborative, hospital-employed audiology team serving West Texas into New Mexico. Work in a supportive environment with strong referral patterns, modern equipment, and a close-knit team. Practice Setting: Collaborate with 2 ENTs and 1 mid-level provider who refer patients directly Supported by 2 experienced Audiology Assistants Access to 2 audio booths, VMG machine, and 6 hearing aid vendors Schedule & Responsibilities: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with no call or holiday coverage Diagnose and treat ear disorders, fit and monitor hearing aids, manage ongoing patient care Compensation and Benefits: Guaranteed base salary plus production Up to an additional $50,000 per year Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, malpractice, retirement plan, and PTO CME allowance provided Location Highlights (Texas): Odessa provides easy access to an International Airport, with direct flights to Austin, Dallas, Las Vegas, and more Award-winning public, private, and charter schools for families with children The cost of living is approximately 8% lower than the national average Explore various dining options, parks, bookstores, and country clubs within the community JN -012024-29966 -CSP
