Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation, a leader in integrated healthcare
services, is seeking a dedicated LPN-LVN II to join our dynamic
team. This role involves providing exceptional patient care in our
inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, home health agencies, and
hospice agencies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
administering nursing care under the supervision of a registered
nurse or physician, assisting in the delivery of health care and
patient support. As an LPN-LVN II at Encompass Health, you will
play a critical role in helping patients achieve their highest
level of recovery in a compassionate and professional environment.
Provide basic medical care including monitoring of vital signs,
administering medication, and recording patients' health issues.
Support registered nurses and physicians in implementing care
plans. Communicate regularly with patients and their families,
providing updates and education on treatment plans. Maintain
patient comfort and support during recovery. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and safety standards. Document patient care
services by charting in patient and department records. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in administering
medication and understanding healthcare practices. Ability to
maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
Clinical skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced
environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k Current LPN or LVN license valid in the state of employment.
CPR/BLS certification.
