With a vast network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health agencies, our RNs play a crucial role in providing top-tier, facility-based and home-based patient care. This position demands an individual who is skilled in delivering clinical excellence and who upholds our commitment to the highest standard of care for every patient. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with facility protocols. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Participate in patient and family counseling and education. Maintain accurate patient documentation. Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments. Provide immediate medical attention as necessary. Support patient independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching for family members where appropriate. Proficiency in clinical skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to handle high stress situations calmly and effectively. Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
