Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in both inpatient and home health settings. Assess patients' health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Liaise with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions. Operate medical equipment and administer medications and treatments. Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient care and safety. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and make independent decisions quickly. High level of patience, empathy, and compassion. Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic health records.
