This role is vital in executing Encompass Health’s mission to deliver the highest standards of care, ensuring patient safety and achieving optimal health outcomes. Administer medications and treatments to patients following physician orders. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate, ensuring accurate documentation of all care provided. Implement and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Provide direct care and educate patients and their families about health conditions and aftercare needs. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Support patient recovery, prevent complications, and promote healthy outcomes. Proficiency in clinical skills with the ability to work under pressure Strong interpersonal skills and empathy Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Strong documentation and communication skills Knowledge of healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
