patients in accordance with facility protocols and professional
standards. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create or
modify treatment plans. Educate patients and their families on
disease processes, treatment, and home care strategies. Monitor
patient health and document patient care effectively. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and
their families. Assist with the training of new staff and
contribute to interdisciplinary team efforts. Proficiency in
clinical skills with the ability to work under pressure Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to use electronic
patient management software Knowledge of healthcare protocol and
safety standards Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life
Support (BLS) certified; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) certification preferred
