You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster a healing and supportive environment for our patients through all phases of their healthcare journey. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advice patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan or provide treatment. Operate medical equipment and assist with patient rehabilitation. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Ability to work effectively in a team Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
