Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated Registered
Nurse to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional care at our
inpatient rehabilitation facilities. As part of our healthcare
team, you'll have the unique opportunity to impact the lives of the
patients recovering from various major illnesses and injuries. Our

supportive team relationships. You will play a vital role in
patient recovery and success in everyday activities. Assess patient
health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care
plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to
ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients
on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case
management. Liaising with interdisciplinary team members, including
physicians, to assess, coordinate, and evaluate patient care plans.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients'
conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Modify
patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and
conditions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in clinical expertise and knowledge. Capability to work
effectively in a high-stress environment. Excellent decision-making
and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license without
restrictions. BLS/ACLS certification.
