Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our talented team within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. As a Speech Pathologist with Encompass Health, you'll play a crucial role in improving patients' quality of life through exceptional rehabilitation care. In this role, you'll conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans for our patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes, offering guidance and education to patients and their families. Your responsibility also includes maintaining detailed records of patient progress. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in speech-language pathology, especially those familiar with rehabilitation settings. A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA Certification are required.
