Job Description:

therapy services to patients recovering from various conditions. As
part of an interdisciplinary team, you will evaluate, diagnose, and
treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing
disorders. This role is vital in developing comprehensive,
individualized treatment plans that contribute significantly to
patient recovery. You will work closely with patients and their
families, educating them on strategies to enhance daily
communication and swallowing abilities. The ideal candidate will
possess a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, hold a
CCC-SLP certification, and have 3-5 years of relevant clinical

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication,
and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans
for patients in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Provide
direct therapy to patients, using evidence-based practices to
improve their functional communication and swallowing abilities.
Document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to
achieve therapeutic goals. Educate patients and families on
communication and swallowing strategies to enhance quality of life.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of
