Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist
(RRT) to join our dedicated team, providing expert respiratory care

a pivotal role in enhancing patient outcomes, managing ventilator
support, and engaging in patient and family education. Assess
patient's condition and develop appropriate respiratory care plans
Initiate and manage ventilators for patients who cannot breathe
normally on their own Perform regular checks and maintenance of
respiratory therapy equipment Educate patients and their families
on lung health and disease prevention Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to tailor interventions Ensure compliance
with clinical and professional standards in line with health
regulations and laws Proficiency in ventilator management Excellent
patient assessment skills Ability to educate and communicate with
patients and caregivers Strong understanding of respiratory
medications and their proper application Adaptability to work in
both facility-based and home-based environments Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state licensure as a
Registered Respiratory Therapist BLS certification ACLS
