Job Description:

healthcare, we are seeking a Therapeutic Diet Cook to join our
dedicated food services team. This role is ideal for someone
passionate about nutrition and enriching the healing process
through dietary management. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for preparing meals in accordance with both the healthcare
regulations and patient-specific dietary needs formulated by our
nutritionists and healthcare team. Prepare and cook meals according
to prescribed dietary requirements of patients. Collaborate with
healthcare providers to understand and implement dietary plans.
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the kitchen to comply
with health and hygiene regulations. Regularly check ingredients
for freshness and track inventory. Educate patients on the
nutritional values of their meals as needed. Participate in
continuous education sessions to stay updated with the latest
nutritional research and dietary strategies. Proficient in various
cooking methods, techniques, and equipment. Strong understanding of
nutrition and dietary adjustments. Excellent organizational skills
and ability to multitask. Good interpersonal and communication
