Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Work collaboratively with healthcare staff to tailor meals to dietary restrictions and preferences. Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality. Participate in continuous education sessions on dietary and nutrition standards specific to patient care. Regularly inspect equipment and kitchen areas to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. Strong culinary skills and knowledge of therapeutic diets. Keen attention to detail and ability to follow complex dietary orders. Proficiency in kitchen equipment use and maintenance. Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k ServSafe Food Handler Certification or equivalent. Additional certifications in dietary, nutrition, or healthcare culinary services are a plus.
