Job Description Under broad direction, provides product application recommendations, develops product performance optimization solutions, and completes post- well evaluation of product performance. Provides technical and operational expertise to both external and internal customers to deliver effective technical solutions. Assists with developing and managing required product designs for an assigned area. Tracks product development projects and monitors the area's product design requirements. Generates technical papers and performance profiles to capture lessons learned and share best practices. Mentors and trains less experienced team members. Qualifications Requires an undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math, or Business-related discipline and a minimum of 3 years' relevant industry experience. Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
