Client in Midland seeking:Inventory Control Coordinator Job Summary:The Inventory Control Coordinator is accountable for managing assigned inventories through daily, weekly, monthly, and annual physical counts, requisitioning replenishments, and seeking alternative sources and materials when necessary.Maintains communication with internal customers, monitors supply usage and removes and disposes of obsolete or outdated products. The Inventory Coordinator organizes and leads staff in conducting periodic inventory counts, adjusts quantities and locations, records and reports discrepancies to management. Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the position is responsible for the management of all perpetual and par inventory locations as well as supplies received, stored and issued.Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: Meeting supply chain objectivesManaging inventory and filing systemsPerforming complete inventory checks of all stock and supplies twice a year.Assessing and improving flows of suppliesEnsuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctly.Identifying, analyzing, and addressing gaps in inventory processesReporting to management Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent
