Job Title: Dialysis DietitianAt Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a highly skilled Dialysis Dietitian to join our team. As a Dialysis Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and support.Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments to develop personalized nutritional plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Provide ongoing nutritional support and education to patients and their families
• Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and research in renal nutritionRequirements:
  • Registered by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Commission on Dietetic Registration
  • Current state licensure (if required by the state)
  • Minimum of one year of professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian
