Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer, K-8
Science.
Key Responsibilities
Create and review assessment items, activities, and lessons for K-8
science aligned with national and state standards
Develop engaging instructional materials and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to design and validate assessments
Conduct item analyses and stay updated on trends in K-8 science
education to integrate best practices into the creation process
Required Qualifications
Degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a
Science-related field
2+ years of experience in educational assessment item writing or
curriculum development
Familiarity with NGSS and experience in creating and revising
science assessment items
Strong understanding of science content and pedagogy
Familiarity with assessment development tools and platforms
