Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Processor to manage loan
applications and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the loan pipeline from submission to closing
Review loan files for completeness and compliance with
regulations
Communicate with third parties to gather information and resolve
issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience with loan processing software and mortgage tools
(Encompass and Salesforce a plus)
Understanding of federal and state mortgage regulations
Organizational skills to manage multiple loan files and maintain
compliance
