Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Account Receivable
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage production performance and quality on assigned client
accounts, focusing on medical liens related to personal injury
cases
Identify denial trends and recommend recovery plans to ensure
targets are met
Drive A/R policies and procedures while serving as the subject
matter expert for client accounts
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 1 year
in an AR 2 position
2+ years of experience in A/R and claims within the healthcare
industry
Expert knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and various insurance
requirements and procedures
Intermediate knowledge of the revenue cycle, with ASC billing
experience preferred
2+ years of experience in RCM practice management systems
