Job Description:
A company is looking for a Functional Analyst, Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information
Set (HEDIS) and CMS Core Set measure specifications
Act as the Product Owner/Primary Point-of-Contact for assigned
programs, projects, and applications
Gather and document business requirements utilizing Business
Analysis best practices
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a relevant field
5+ years of experience with Healthcare Analytics including claims
data analysis and report design
5+ years of experience with healthcare quality measures developed
by national and federal organizations (i.e., HEDIS, CMS Core
Set)
BA/BS in Management Information Systems or a related degree that
combines business and technical coursework
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the use of Pivot
Tables for data analysis
