Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Big Spring, Texas.
Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department
Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per
week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel RN Position
Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start.
A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is
required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks.
Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial

Details: • Provide comprehensive nursing care to Emergency Room
patients utilizing the Nursing Process • Required certifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC • Dress code requirement: Blue scrubs •
Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in
emergency situations • Maintain clinical competencies through
continuing education • Delegate patient care priorities based on
staff education and experience levels • Provide direction and
supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care • Hold
shift accountability for safe delivery of care in accordance with
state Nurse Practice Act • Follow hospital policy and procedures
for emergency department operations • Show leadership in
anticipating and planning patient care needs • Work as a backfill
position for vacant registered nurse role Facility: This medical
