the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find
a qualified Dialysis RN in Pecos, Texas, 79772! Job Title:

Minimum of 2 years in Dialysis License: Active RN license to
practice in the state of Texas Certifications: BLS and CPR required
Must-Have: - Minimum 2 years of dialysis experience - Active RN
license - BLS and CPR certifications Description: This position
involves working primarily in an outpatient dialysis clinic. The
expected services are 95% outpatient with the rare potential of
providing dialysis 1:1 in a patient room if admitted. The shift is
usually 5:00 am to 5:30 pm or 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, depending on
census. There is a mandatory staff meeting once a month, generally
for 2 hours on a Tuesday. There are no weekends or holidays unless
a holiday falls on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. The clinic is a
15-station unit operating 2.5 shifts. The staffing ratio is 7-10
patients with 2-3 Patient Care Technicians. Typically, there are
2-3 clinical nurses for 15 patients. There are no education or
certification requirements beyond an active RN license. Experience
performing assessments, medication administration, care planning,
and foot checks is essential. The facility uses Braun dialog
machines and CKG-TIME EMR. Nurses are expected to wear navy blue
