Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse
(LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team of
healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care across our
facility-based and home-based services. As a national leader in

patients across 42 states. This position requires a compassionate
approach and a commitment to excellence in nursing practice.
Provide nursing care in accordance with patient care plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient
outcomes Monitor patient health and record changes in condition
Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records
Educate patients and families on health care plans Participate in
the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively
as part of a team Proficient in managing EMR (Electronic Medical
Records) Capacity to maintain a high level of accuracy in patient
care Knowledge of basic emergency care and safety protocols Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current LPN or LVN
license BLS Certification required IV Certification preferred
